So it appears that they are depending on the sign out front of their home as their sole source of advertising of this home.

Why stage your home for sale

When you decide to sell you Buffalo home you need to stop thinking of it as your home.   All the details that made it special for you, may not appeal to the Western New York buyers that can afford your home.
