The Rudolph Wurlitzer Company, usually referred to simply as Wurlitzer, is an American company, known for electronic organs, electric pianos and jukeboxes. Wurlitzer was based in North Tonawanda and a popular subdivision in N. Tonawanda is Wurlitzer Park.

The current single-family homes for sale market report for this segment of North Tonawanda is as follows:

• There are currently 6 single-family homes for sale in Wurlitzer with an average list price of $145,450.  Highest listed is for $172,500 and the lowest is listed for $120,000.
• At this writing there is one pending sale in Wulitzer Park.
• In the past 30 days there has been one closed sale for $110,500 after spending 135 days on the market.
